For an additional $59/month we also create on online flyer with your contact information and post to the following sites weekly:

          Craigslist, Zillow, Backpage, Vast, Properazzi, Oodle, HotPads,

          Trulia and DotHomes

Sellers take care of all showings, negotiations, and closing procedures.

If you would like TOTAL Realty to assist further we offer contract assistance for an additional $295 where we review the purchase contracts, answer any questions you may have and coordinate the closing.
