          Google Base, Oodle, Trulia and DotHomes

Sellers responsibilities include setting up all showings, handling contract negotiations, and coordinating the closing.

If you have an interested buyer that is not represented by an agent and need our further assistance, TOTAL Realty can arrange private showings, negotiate a sales price, draft an offer to purchase, be present for all inspections and coordinate the closing for a 1.5% commission.
